NB Branch and UNB's Renaissance College cooperate |

The RCS New Brunswick Branch has been working with Renaissance College, an innovative programme at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton that aims at developing community leaders. See http://www.unb.ca/Renaissance/ The College requires its students to serve community organizations twice during the degree programme, once in Canada and once in another country. The RCS NB Branch is hoping to find placement opportunities in Commonwealth countriesfor Renaissance College students.
As a result of this linkage between the Branch and the College, Janet Jorgensen, was helped with her placement at Oxfam in Vancouver. With assistance from RCS Canada she attended the National Meetings in Edmonton in June.
